Over the past year, we've had the privilege of building fforward. It's hard to stress how lucky we were to have had this opportunity to try to solve a problem we care so much about for such an incredible group of customers.

Unfortunately, we weren't able to get the traction needed to extend our runway. And so today, we're announcing that fforward will be shutting down, effective immediately.

New signups have been disabled.
We'll be reaching out to customers on annual plans to issue refunds.
Existing customers will have access to their fforward accounts and support via our Slack group until Wed, July 31st.

Building fforward was an incredible learning experience for us. We led over 275 discovery interviews and learned how some of the best teams in the world solve customer problems.
